Believe it or not, a homeowner in Ohio has found a novel solution to solve his outstanding foreclosure issues. He virtually found a bulldozer and bulldozed his home. Of course, it is not one of the stated remedies i.e short sale, foreclosure, deed in lieu of foreclosure, or loan modification.
